Regional Dry Van Company Driver W2 - Shreveport, LA

Home Time:

Home weekly for a 34-hour reset.
Our OTR routes are structured to ensure consistent miles while allowing you to enjoy family time and manage personal commitments.

Equipment:

Drive late-model International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks equipped with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems.
You can take your assigned truck and trailer home, provided there is safe parking available.

No Touch Freight:

Primarily dry van freight with 95% no-touch and 85% drop and hook operations.
Minimal physical work required, allowing you to focus on driving and maximizing your efficiency.

Pay and Miles:

Average earnings of $900 to $1,200 weekly, based on mileage and performance.
Additional compensation includes detention pay according to customer policy, $12 per hour for layovers after the first hour, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for accident-free performance.

Running Area:

Covering Southeast regional routes in Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia, Florida, South Carolina, North Carolina, and Tennessee.
All tolls are covered via EZ Pass and toll cards.
