Regional Dry Van Company Driver W2 - Silver City, NM

Are you a CDL-A driver in search of an OTR opportunity that guarantees weekly home time and minimal physical demands? At American Trucking Group, we offer dry van routes throughout the West, featuring superior equipment and competitive compensation.

Home Time:

• Be home every week for a 34-hour reset. Our OTR routes are structured to provide you with steady miles while allowing for regular family time and personal commitments.

Equipment:

• Operate late-model International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks, which come equipped with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems for temperature control. You can take your assigned truck and trailer home as long as there’s safe parking.

No Touch Freight:

• Work with primarily dry van freight, enjoying 95% no-touch and 85% drop and hook operations. This minimizes physical work, allowing you to concentrate on driving and maximizing your efficiency.

Pay and Miles:

• Drivers earn an average of $1,200 to $1,600 per week based on mileage and performance. Additional compensation includes:
  • Detention pay based on customer policies.
  • Layover pay of $12 per hour after the first hour.
  • An annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for maintaining an accident-free record.

Running Area:

• Our routes span New Mexico, Arkansas, California, Nevada, Utah, Oregon, and Colorado. All tolls are covered through EZ Pass and toll cards.
