Vacancy description

American Trucking Group is looking for CDL-A drivers for a regional dry van role that provides weekly home time with a 34-hour reset.

Position Overview:

The freight is primarily dry van, with 95% being no-touch and 85% drop and hook, minimizing physical work.
Drivers can earn between $1,150 and $1,500 weekly, depending on performance and mileage.
The operating area includes GA, FL, SC, NC, TN, and AL.
Our fleet consists of late-model International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks, all equipped with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems for comfort.

Benefits Offered:

On the first of the month after 60 days, receive medical, dental, and vision insurance, along with $20,000 in company-paid life insurance.
Vacation pay and a 401(k) with a 50% company match up to 3% are also part of the benefits.
A passenger policy is available after 30 days, with specific age restrictions.
No pet policy applies.

Additional Compensation:

Detention pay based on customer policy, $12 per hour for layovers after the first hour, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for accident-free performance.
All tolls are covered through EZ Pass and toll cards.

Orientation Process:

Orientation lasts three days from Tuesday to Thursday at several locations, and we provide transportation, hotel accommodations, and meals.
Orientation sites include Alvarado, TX; Atlanta, GA; Chester, VA; Juliet, TN; Jacksonville, FL; Tacoma, WA; Medford, OR; and Phoenix, AZ.
