Regional Dry Van Company Driver (W2) - Spartanburg, SC

What You’ll Do:

• Primarily transport dry van freight, with 95% no-touch and 85% drop-and-hook operations, reducing physical work.
• Average earnings are between $1,150 and $1,500 weekly based on your mileage and performance.
• Cover an operating area that includes GA, FL, SC, NC, TN, and AL.

Fleet Details:

• Drive late-model trucks, including International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworths, equipped with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems.
• You can take your truck and trailer home, provided there’s a safe parking location.

Benefits Package:

• Comprehensive benefits begin on the first of the month following 60 days, featuring medical, dental, and vision insurance plus $20,000 in life insurance paid by the company.
• Vacation pay and a 401(k) with a 50% company match up to 3% are also available.
• A passenger policy is available after 30 days with age limitations; no pets allowed.

Additional Compensation:

• Additional pay includes detention pay based on customer policy, $12 per hour layover pay after the first hour, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for accident-free driving.
• All tolls are covered via EZ Pass and toll cards.

Orientation Details:

• Orientation lasts three days from Tuesday to Thursday at various locations, providing transportation, a hotel room, and meals.
• Orientation sites include Alvarado, TX; Atlanta, GA; Chester, VA; Juliet, TN; Jacksonville, FL; Tacoma, WA; Medford, OR; and Phoenix, AZ.
