Regional Dry Van Company Driver W2 - Springfield, MO
Are you a CDL-A driver seeking an OTR opportunity that provides weekly home time with minimal physical demands? Home Time:
- Home every week for a 34-hour reset. Our OTR routes are structured to provide steady miles while ensuring you can maintain regular family and personal commitments.
Equipment:
- Drive late-model International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks equipped with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems for your comfort. Take your assigned truck and trailer home if safe parking is available.
No Touch Freight:
- Focus on driving with minimal physical work, as we primarily handle dry van freight with 95% no-touch and 85% drop and hook operations.
Pay and Miles:
- Drivers typically earn between $1,150 and $1,500 weekly based on mileage and performance. Additional compensation includes detention pay according to customer policies, $12 per hour layover pay after the first hour, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for maintaining an accident-free record.
Running Area:
- Our routes cover Alabama, Tennessee, Mississippi, Arkansas, and Michigan, with all tolls covered through EZ Pass and toll cards.
Benefits:
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance begins on the first of the month following 60 days of employment. We also offer $20,000 in company-paid life insurance, vacation pay, and a 401(k) plan with a 50% company match up to 3%. A passenger policy is available after 30 days with age restrictions.
