Are you a CDL-A driver seeking an OTR role that offers weekly home time and minimal physical effort? Home Time: You will be home every week for a 34-hour reset, giving you valuable time for family and personal commitments.

Equipment: Drive late-model International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks, all equipped with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems for efficient heating and cooling. Your assigned truck and trailer can be taken home if safe parking is available.

No Touch Freight: Our operations primarily involve dry van freight with 95% no-touch and 85% drop and hook, minimizing physical work and allowing you to focus on driving.

Pay and Miles: Drivers typically earn between $1,000 and $1,250 weekly based on mileage and performance, with additional compensation options like detention pay according to customer policy, $12 per hour layover pay after the first hour, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for accident-free performance.

Running Area: Routes cover Washington, Oregon, Montana, Idaho, and Wyoming, with all tolls managed through EZ Pass and toll cards.

Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance starts the first of the month after 60 days of employment, alongside $20,000 in company-paid life insurance, vacation pay, and a 401(k) plan with a 50% company match up to 3%. A passenger policy is available after 30 days, subject to age restrictions.
