Regional Dry Van Company Driver W2 Job - Swanton, NE

Are you a CDL-A driver looking for an OTR position that guarantees weekly home time and requires minimal physical effort? American Trucking Group has the perfect opportunity for you with dry van routes across the Midwest, excellent equipment, and competitive pay.

Home Time: Return home every week for a 34-hour reset, ensuring you have quality time with family while maintaining a consistent work schedule.

Equipment: Drive modern trucks, including International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworths, equipped with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems for heating and cooling. You can take your assigned truck and trailer home if safe parking is available.

No Touch Freight: Our freight is primarily dry van, with 95% no-touch and 85% drop and hook operations, meaning minimal physical work and a focus on driving.

Pay and Miles: Drivers typically earn between $1,200 and $1,600 per week based on mileage and performance. Additional compensation includes detention pay per customer policy, $12 hourly layover pay after the first hour, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for accident-free driving.

Running Area: Routes cover Wisconsin, Illinois, Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, and Iowa. All tolls are covered through EZ Pass and toll cards.

Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance begins on the first of the month following 60 days of employment. We also offer $20,000 in company-paid life insurance, vacation pay, and a 401(k) plan with a 50% company match up to 3%. A passenger policy is available after 30 days with age restrictions.

Requirements
