Regional Dry Van Company Driver W2 - Texarkana, AR

Are you a CDL-A driver in search of an OTR opportunity that guarantees weekly home time and minimal physical demands? Home Time:

• Home every week for a 34-hour reset. Our OTR routes are crafted to provide steady miles while ensuring you maintain regular time with family and personal commitments.

Equipment:

• Drive late-model International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks equipped with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems for your comfort. You can take your assigned truck and trailer home when safe parking is available.

No Touch Freight:

• Primarily handle dry van freight with 95% no-touch and 85% drop and hook operations. This means minimal physical work, allowing you to focus on driving and maximizing your efficiency.

Pay and Miles:

• Drivers can expect to earn between $900 to $1,200 weekly, depending on mileage and performance. Additional compensation includes:
  • Detention pay based on customer policy.
  • Layover pay of $12 per hour after the first hour.
  • An annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for accident-free driving.

Running Area:

• Covering Southeast regional routes, including Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia, Florida, South Carolina, North Carolina, and Tennessee. All tolls are managed through EZ Pass and toll cards.

Benefits:

• $20,000 in company-paid life insurance, vacation pay, and a 401(k) plan with a 50% company match up to 3%. A passenger policy is available after 30 days with age restrictions.
