Are you a CDL-A driver looking for an OTR role that offers weekly home time with minimal physical demands? Home Time: Home every week for a 34-hour reset. Our OTR routes are designed to give you steady miles while allowing for regular personal and family time.

Equipment: Drive late-model International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks equipped with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems for heating and cooling. You can take your assigned truck and trailer home as long as safe parking is available.

No Touch Freight: We primarily operate dry van freight with 95% no-touch and 85% drop and hook operations. This means minimal physical work is required, allowing you to focus on driving and maximizing efficiency.

Pay and Miles: Drivers typically earn between $1,200 and $1,600 weekly, depending on mileage and performance. Additional compensation includes detention pay as per customer policy, layover pay at $12 per hour after the first hour, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for accident-free performance.

Running Area: Our routes cover Wisconsin, Illinois, Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, and Iowa. All tolls are covered through EZ Pass and toll cards.

Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance begins the first of the month following 60 days of employment. Enjoy $20,000 in company-paid life insurance, vacation pay, and a 401(k) with a 50% company match up to 3%. A passenger policy is available after 30 days with age restrictions.
