Home Time:

• Home every week for a 34-hour reset, ensuring time for family and personal commitments.
• Our OTR routes are structured for reliable miles while allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance.

Equipment:

• Drive modern International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks equipped with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems for comfort.
• Take your assigned truck and trailer home when safe parking is available.

No Touch Freight:

• Primarily dry van freight with 95% no-touch and 85% drop-and-hook operations, minimizing physical demands.

Pay and Miles:

• Drivers typically earn between $900 and $1,200 per week based on mileage and performance.
• Additional compensation includes detention pay according to customer policy, layover pay at $12 per hour after the first hour, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for safe driving.

Running Area:

• Covering a wide Midwest region including Kansas, Nebraska, South Dakota, North Dakota, Minnesota, Iowa, Missouri, Arkansas, Illinois, Wisconsin, Tennessee, Kentucky, Indiana, Michigan, Ohio, and West Virginia. All tolls covered through EZ Pass and toll cards.
