Join the American Trucking Group team as a Regional Dry Van Driver in Virginia Beach! If you’re a CDL-A driver looking for a rewarding OTR opportunity with weekly home time and minimal physical demands, we have the perfect role for you.

Home Time:

Enjoy being home every week for a 34-hour reset.
Our OTR routes allow you to maintain a steady schedule that fits your family and personal life.

Equipment:

Drive modern International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks.
Trucks come equipped with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems for comfortable heating and cooling.
Take your assigned truck and trailer home when safe parking is available.

No Touch Freight:

Work primarily with dry van freight, with 95% being no-touch and 85% drop and hook operations.
Focus on driving, maximizing your efficiency, and minimizing physical work.

Pay and Miles:

Average earnings range from $1,200 to $1,600 per week, based on mileage and performance.
Additional compensation includes detention pay, layover pay of $12 per hour after the first hour, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for accident-free driving.

Running Area:

Routes cover regions including Virginia, North Carolina, and beyond. All tolls are covered with EZ Pass and toll cards.
