Regional Dry Van Company Driver W2 - Waterville, ME
Are you a CDL-A driver looking for an over-the-road opportunity that guarantees weekly home time with minimal physical effort? At American Trucking Group, we offer dry van routes throughout the Northeast, equipped with top-notch equipment and attractive pay.
Home Time: You’ll be home each week for a 34-hour reset, ensuring you have quality time with family and personal obligations.
Equipment: Drive late-model International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems for optimal comfort. You can take your assigned truck and trailer home whenever safe parking is available.
No Touch Freight: Enjoy mostly dry van freight with 95% no-touch and 85% drop and hook operations. This means you can concentrate on driving and enhancing your efficiency with minimal physical tasks.
Pay and Miles: Drivers can expect to earn between $1,000 and $1,450 weekly, influenced by mileage and performance. Additional compensation includes detention pay, layover pay at $12 per hour after the first hour, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for safe driving.
Running Area: Our routes cover the Northeast from Maine to Virginia, with all tolls paid via EZ Pass and toll cards.
Benefits: We offer medical, dental, and vision insurance starting on the first of the month after 60 days, along with $20,000 in company-paid life insurance, vacation pay, and a 401(k) with a 50% company match up to 3%. A passenger policy is available after 30 days with age restrictions.
