Regional Dry Van Company Driver W2 Job - Waukesha, WI
Are you a CDL-A driver in search of an OTR position that allows for weekly home time and minimal physical labor? Join American Trucking Group as we offer dry van routes across the Midwest with exceptional equipment and competitive compensation.
Home Time:
- Enjoy weekly home time for a 34-hour reset.
- Our routes ensure steady miles while you maintain important family time.
Equipment:
- Drive modern International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks.
- Equipped with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems for your comfort.
- You can take your assigned truck home if safe parking is available.
No Touch Freight:
- Mostly dry van freight with 95% no-touch and 85% drop-and-hook operations.
- Minimal physical tasks allow you to concentrate on driving.
Pay and Miles:
- Average weekly earnings range from $900 to $1,200 depending on mileage and performance.
- Additional compensation includes:
- Detention pay as per customer policy.
- Layover pay at $12/hour after the first hour.
- An annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for accident-free performance.
Running Area:
- Covering Midwest routes including Kansas, Nebraska, South Dakota, North Dakota, Minnesota, Iowa, Missouri, Arkansas, Illinois, Wisconsin, Tennessee, Kentucky, Indiana, Michigan, Ohio, and West Virginia.
- All tolls covered through EZ Pass and toll cards.

Requirements
- • Valid CDL Class A license
- • Clean driving record
- • Minimum 12 months tractor trailer experience
- • Pass DOT physical and drug screening
