Regional Dry Van Company Driver W2 - West Haven, CT

Home Time:

• Come home every week for a 34-hour reset. Our OTR routes are designed for steady miles while ensuring you have regular time with family and personal commitments.

Equipment:

• Operate late-model International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks equipped with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems for temperature control. You can take your assigned truck home if safe parking is available.

No Touch Freight:

• Work primarily with dry van freight featuring 95% no-touch and 85% drop and hook operations. This minimizes physical labor, allowing you to focus on driving efficiently.

Pay and Miles:

• Our drivers average between $1,200 and $1,600 per week based on mileage and performance. Additional compensation includes detention pay according to customer policy, layover pay of $12 per hour after the first hour, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for accident-free driving.

Running Area:

• Routes span Vermont, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, Virginia, North Carolina, Ohio, Tennessee, and Kentucky. All tolls covered through EZ Pass and toll cards.
