Are you a CDL-A driver looking for an OTR opportunity that guarantees weekly home time with minimal physical demands? American Trucking Group is offering dry van routes across the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic, equipped with excellent equipment and competitive pay. Experience the freedom of over-the-road driving while adhering to a consistent schedule that brings you home each week.

Home Time: Home every week for a 34-hour reset. Our OTR routes are structured to provide steady miles while allowing you to balance family time and personal commitments.

Equipment: Drive late-model trucks, such as International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworths, all fitted with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems for effective heating and cooling. You can take your assigned truck and trailer home, given there is safe parking.

No Touch Freight: Most of our freight involves dry van transportation with 95% no-touch and 85% drop and hook operations, minimizing physical work and allowing you to focus on driving efficiently.

Pay and Miles: Drivers earn an average of $1,200 to $1,600 weekly, based on mileage and performance. Additional compensation includes detention pay per customer policy, $12 per hour layover pay after the first hour, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for accident-free driving.

Running Area: Routes cover Vermont, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, Virginia, North Carolina, Ohio, Tennessee, and Kentucky. All tolls are covered through EZ Pass and toll cards.

Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance begins the first of the month following 60 days of employment. We provide $20,000 in company-paid life insurance, vacation pay, and a 401(k) with a 50% company match up to 3%. A passenger policy is available after 30 days with age restrictions.
