Regional Dry Van Company Driver (W-2) - Winston-Salem, NC

American Trucking Group is hiring CDL-A drivers for our regional dry van positions. Benefit from weekly home time with a 34-hour reset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely transport dry van freight, primarily with minimal physical labor (95% no-touch and 85% drop and hook).
• Average earnings between $1,150 and $1,500 weekly based on performance and mileage.

Service Area:

• Operating in Georgia, Florida, South Carolina, North Carolina, Tennessee, and Alabama.

Fleet Details:

• Drive late-model trucks including International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworths, all equipped with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems for your comfort.
• You may take the truck and trailer home if a safe parking area is available.

Benefits Offered:

• $20,000 in company-paid life insurance, vacation pay, and a 401(k) plan with a 50% match up to 3%.
• A passenger policy available after 30 days, subject to age restrictions.

Additional Compensation:

• Detention pay based on customer policies, layover pay at $12 per hour after the first hour, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for accident-free driving.
• All tolls covered through EZ Pass and toll cards.

Orientation Information:

• Three-day orientation from Tuesday to Thursday at various locations with transportation, hotel accommodations, and meals provided.
• Orientation sites include Alvarado, TX; Atlanta, GA; Chester, VA; Juliet, TN; Jacksonville, FL; Tacoma, WA; Medford, OR; and Phoenix, AZ.
