Vacancy description
In this role, you’ll be responsible for safely and professionally operating CDL Class A vehicles. Your primary duties include running assigned local and regional lanes, with most routes going to California. You’ll need to follow pickup and delivery instructions, complete the necessary paperwork, and ensure compliance with Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations. Additionally, you’ll maintain a clean truck and communicate effectively with dispatch throughout your journey.
For Discount Tire loads, you may be required to assist with hand tire unloading. This involves rolling the product to the back of the trailer and scanning or placing it in the designated storage area. Depending on the route demands and delivery windows, you may be required to drive during both day and night.
