Local Flatbed Company Driver - Sheldon, SC
Become a part of AGM Imports Inc., a reputable distributor of Granite and Marble, located in Hardeeville, South Carolina. We are seeking a skilled Local Flatbed Company Driver to join our team in Sheldon. This full-time role offers the opportunity to work locally while still enjoying the benefits of a stable job.
Key Responsibilities:
- Transport granite slabs using a Tractor Trailer 10-speed to various destinations.
- Ensure timely deliveries and adhere to safety regulations.
- Assist with local deliveries and warehouse functions during non-driving hours, including inventory management and building maintenance.
Requirements:
- Valid CDL Class A license with air brakes.
- TWIC Card is necessary for port deliveries.
- Must have a clean driving record and pass a background check.
- Minimum three years of Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) history.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Granite and marble experience is preferred.
General Warehouse Skills:
- Previous warehouse experience is an advantage.
- Ability to lift 40-50 lbs as needed.
