Home Time: Typically, drivers will be out for 1-2 weeks based on location and freight. We strive for weekly home time, though there may be occasions for 2-week periods. Your schedule runs from Monday through Saturday, with a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet consists of well-maintained trucks no older than three years, including Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. Each truck is equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems. Drivers are allowed to take their truck and trailer home, with responsibility for secured parking.

No Touch Freight: All dry van loads involve 70% drop and hook operations, minimizing dock waiting time. We guarantee 100% no-touch freight, primarily consisting of automotive loads for efficient operations.

Pay and Miles: Earn an average of $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 weekly based on your hiring location, with 2,500-2,800 miles each week. Enjoy a base rate of .45, .50, or .55 CPM, plus a $750 monthly performance bonus ($0.09 CPM) for achieving 8,000 safe miles monthly.

Running Area: Primarily operating east of I-35, with the potential for 3,000 miles weekly for dedicated drivers. Our consistent freight lanes ensure reliable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance starts the first month following 60 days. We also offer vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. After 90 days, you may be eligible for dedicated accounts.
