Dry Van Company Driver (W-2) - Akron, OH
Join the DBS family in Akron as we seek experienced Solo CDL A drivers for our dry van fleet. We pride ourselves on providing steady freight, competitive compensation, and reliable home time, ensuring our drivers feel respected and supported.
Your Duties Will Include:
- Efficiently transporting goods while meeting delivery deadlines.
- Following all applicable regulations and company standards.
- Documenting trips and vehicle inspections accurately.
Requirements:
- Valid CDL-A license with appropriate endorsements.
- At least 2 years of verifiable driving experience.
- A solid driving record with no major violations.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of CDL-A experience
- Clean MVR/PSP
- No DUI or SAP violations
Benefits
- Pay $0.63 CPM
- Freight: Dry Van
- Stop Pay per extra stop: $25
- Layover and detention pay
- Home Time: Every 2 weeks nationwide. Weekly home time available on select routes
- W2 contract with benefits
