Dry Van Company Driver (W-2) - Albany, NY
Join HMD Trucking as an OTR Team CDL A Dry Van Driver in Albany, NY! We are seeking experienced drivers to transport freight nationwide.
Our Offer:
- Mileage pay starting at 77 CPM Split.
- Weekly averages of about 5,000 miles.
- Bonuses available for safe driving, clean inspections, and referrals.
- Access to modern trucks under 3 years old, featuring APUs and inverters.
- Home every two weeks with a full benefits package including health, dental, vision, PTO, and a 401(k) plan.
Requirements:
- Must have a valid CDL A license.
- Minimum of 12 months of OTR experience.

Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- CPM $0.77 Split
- +$0.05 CPM Safety & productivity bonus split
- Home time: 2 weeks out, 2 nights home

- Empty Miles: Paid at the same CPM as loaded miles (company drivers only)
- Extra Stops: $50 per additional stop
- Detention Pay: $15 per hour after the first 2 hours
- Layover Pay: $100 for every 24 hours
- Orientation Pay: $150
