OTR Dry van Company driver (W-2) Job in Allentown, PA by HMD Trucking
Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Transport dry van freight nationwide while operating from Allentown, PA for a carrier that prioritizes drivers. HMD is seeking experienced OTR solo CDL-A drivers, delivering competitive mileage (starting at 65 CPM), consistent freight, and current equipment.
Primary duties:
- Operate dry van tractors on OTR lanes, manage hours-of-service and timely deliveries.
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections, secure freight, and liaise with dispatch for routing.
- Maintain regulatory compliance and company safety protocols on long-haul trips.
Requirements:
- Valid CDL-A with a minimum of 12 months verifiable experience.
- Clean driving history and commitment to safe, professional service.
Drivers run modern sub-3-year trucks with APUs, inverters and sleepers, get in-house maintenance support, bonuses, biweekly home time and full benefits including health coverage and 401(k).
