OTR Dry van Company driver (W-2) Job in Allentown, PA by HMD Trucking
Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Drive nationwide as an OTR solo CDL-A dry van operator based in Allentown, PA. This position emphasizes reliable long-haul freight movement, professional customer service, and compliance with safety and hours-of-service rules.
Core duties:
- Safely transport freight across interstate routes and meet scheduled deliveries.
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and ensure cargo is secured.
- Keep detailed logs and maintain clear communication with dispatch.
Compensation & fleet: Pay starts at 65 CPM with weekly averages around 2,500 miles and incentives for safety, clean inspections, and referrals. Fleet trucks are under three years and include APUs, inverters, and sleepers, with in-house maintenance and biweekly home time. Full benefits and 401(k) are provided.
Requirements: Valid CDL-A and a minimum of 12 months driving experience.
