Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- +$0.05 CPM Safety & productivity bonus split
- Home time: 3 weeks out, 3 nights at home

Operate sub–three-year dry vans with APUs, inverters, and sleepers, backed by in-house maintenance support.
Role Includes:
- Team up with another driver for safe, efficient deliveries
- Follow DOT and company standards for compliance
- Utilize maintenance resources to stay on schedule
