Team OTR Dry van Company driver (W-2) Job in Appleton, WI by HMD Trucking
Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying
Benefits
- CPM $0.82 Split ( when 95% service is achieved)

Join HMD Trucking’s OTR dry van team to transport freight across the U.S.
Team drivers log about 5,000 miles weekly, with a starting split of 77¢ per mile and bonuses for safety records and clean inspections. Our fleet includes sub-3-year trucks with APUs, inverters, and sleepers, all supported by our in-house maintenance crew.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner on efficient, compliant long-haul routes
- Maintain logs and observe DOT regulations
- Perform equipment inspections and report issues
