Home Time:

• Generally, drivers are out for 1-2 weeks, depending on location and freight.
• We aim for weekly home time, though two-week periods may occasionally occur.
• Our schedule runs Monday through Saturday, allowing for a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment:

• Drive a well-kept fleet, featuring trucks no older than three years, including Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models.
• All trucks are equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems.
• Drivers can take their truck and trailer home, ensuring secured parking responsibilities.

No Touch Freight:

• All dry van loads are 100% no-touch freight, mainly automotive loads, reducing dock waiting times with 70% drop and hook operations.

Pay and Miles:

• Average earnings of $1,350 to $1,600 per week, depending on hiring location.
• Expect to drive between 2,500-2,800 miles each week.
• Base pay rates of .45, .50, or .55 CPM, plus a $750 monthly performance bonus ($0.09 CPM) for achieving 8,000 safe miles monthly.

Running Area:

• Focus primarily on routes east of I-35, with dedicated drivers having the potential to log up to 3,000 miles weekly.
• Consistent freight lanes ensure dependable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits:
