Dry Van Company Driver (W-2) - Arlington, VA
DBS is searching for experienced Solo CDL A drivers to join our dry van fleet in Arlington. We offer consistent freight, competitive pay, and a supportive environment for all our drivers.

Your Responsibilities:
- Operate dry van trucks safely and effectively.
- Follow all safety protocols and local regulations.
- Maintain accurate records for every trip.
Qualifications:
- Valid CDL-A required.
- Minimum one year of driving experience.
- Clean driving record without major infractions.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of CDL-A experience
- Clean MVR/PSP
- No DUI or SAP violations
Benefits
- Pay $0.63 CPM
- Freight: Dry Van
- Stop Pay per extra stop: $25
- Layover and detention pay
- Home Time: Every 2 weeks nationwide. Weekly home time available on select routes
- W2 contract with benefits
