Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Vacancy description
Work nationwide hauling dry van freight for a driver-focused carrier operating from Baltimore. You’ll run OTR solo routes, manage long-haul lanes, and ensure on-time, compliant delivery while upholding HMD’s safety-first approach.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Operate company dry van tractor-trailers safely and efficiently on interstate lanes.
- Secure and inspect cargo, complete accurate logs and pre/post-trip inspections.
- Coordinate with dispatch to meet delivery windows and maintain professional customer contact.
Qualifications:
- Valid CDL-A and at least 12 months of verifiable driving experience.
- Strong safety mindset and commitment to clean inspections.
HMD provides late-model trucks, 65 CPM starting pay, bonuses, in-house maintenance support, home every two weeks, and full benefits.
