OTR Dry van Company driver (W-2) Job in Bartlesville, OK by HMD Trucking
Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

HMD is hiring OTR solo CDL-A dry van drivers out of Bartlesville, OK to run dependable national freight. Drivers operate late-model equipment under three years old with APUs, inverters and sleepers, and receive strong in-house maintenance support.
Role overview:
- Safely transport and deliver dry van loads on long-haul interstate routes.
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate trip records.
- Communicate with dispatch to handle scheduling, delays or detentions.
You must hold a CDL-A and have at least 12 months verifiable experience. HMD provides competitive mileage pay (65 CPM start, ~2,500 weekly miles), bonuses for safe driving and clean inspections, predictable home every two weeks, and a full benefits package including health, dental, vision, PTO and 401(k).
