OTR Dry van Company driver (W-2) Job in Baton Rouge, LA by HMD Trucking
Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Operate nationwide from Baton Rouge with HMD Trucking as an OTR solo CDL-A dry van driver, managing long-haul freight with an emphasis on safe, timely deliveries.
Key responsibilities:
- Securely pick up and deliver dry van freight while following DOT and company procedures.
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections, maintain accurate logs, and protect cargo integrity.
- Coordinate with dispatch to optimize routes and on-time arrivals.
Requirements:
- Valid CDL-A and a minimum of 12 months verifiable driving experience.
