OTR Dry van Company driver (W-2) Job in Bentonville, AR by HMD Trucking
Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Drive nationwide dry van freight operating from Bentonville, AR as a solo OTR professional with HMD. The job emphasizes safe, reliable transport, accurate documentation, and consistent coordination with dispatch to meet customer schedules.
Main responsibilities:
- Operate CDL-A dry van tractors with sleepers; conduct required inspections and secure loads properly.
- Maintain ELD and trip records, complete delivery paperwork, and follow DOT regulations.
- Work with our in-house maintenance crew to minimize downtime and ensure vehicle readiness.
Qualifications & compensation: Applicants need a CDL-A and a minimum of 12 months driving experience. Compensation starts at 65 CPM with typical weekly miles near 2,500, plus performance bonuses, modern equipment under 3 years, biweekly home time, and comprehensive benefits including health and 401(k).
