- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Run nationwide dry-van freight as a solo CDL-A driver with HMD, operating from Bentonville, AR. The role delivers dependable freight, predictable miles and a driver-first culture.
Daily focus:
- Safely operate company dry-van equipment across long-haul routes.
- Perform inspections, keep detailed logs and ensure timely, compliant deliveries.
- Communicate with dispatch and follow safety procedures.
Fleet & pay:
- Modern trucks under three years featuring APUs, inverters and sleepers, supported by in-house maintenance.
- Mileage pay begins at 65¢/mile with typical weekly mileage near 2,500 and bonuses for safety, clean inspections and referrals.
Requirements: Valid CDL-A and minimum 12 months verifiable driving experience. Home every two weeks; full benefits include health, dental, vision, PTO and 401(k).
