Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Vacancy description
HMD is hiring experienced OTR solo CDL-A dry van drivers to move freight nationwide out of Bloomington, IN (47401). Pay begins at 65 CPM with weekly averages near 2,500 miles and additional bonuses for safe driving, clean inspections, referrals, and more. You’ll operate modern tractors under three years old—equipped with APUs, inverters and sleepers—and have dependable in-house maintenance support. Home time is scheduled every two weeks, and the company offers health, dental, vision, PTO and a 401(k).
What you’ll do:
- Safely transport dry van freight on regional and national OTR lanes.
- Complete accurate logs, pre/post-trip inspections, and delivery paperwork.
Qualifications:
- Valid CDL-A and at least 12 months verifiable driving experience.
- Professional, safety-focused approach and reliable communication.
