Dry Van Company Driver (W-2) - Bowie, MD

HMD Trucking is actively hiring qualified OTR Team CDL A Dry Van Drivers to haul freight throughout the country. We provide an attractive mileage pay structure starting at 77 CPM Split, with weekly averages nearing 5,000 miles, plus bonuses for safe driving, clean inspections, and referrals.

What We Provide:

  • Modern trucks, under 3 years old, equipped with APUs, inverters, and comfortable sleeping arrangements.
  • Dependable in-house maintenance support.
  • Bi-weekly home time with a full benefits package including health, dental, vision, PTO, and 401(k) options.

Skills Required:

  • CDL A license required.

Requirements

  • 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
  • No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
  • No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
  • No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
  • Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying
