Dry Van Company Driver (W-2) - Carlsbad, NM
DBS is searching for experienced Solo CDL A drivers to join our esteemed dry van fleet in Carlsbad. We provide steady freight, competitive pay, and reliable home time, all while ensuring our drivers are supported and respected.
Your Role Includes:
- Safely operating a dry van to transport freight.
- Complying with safety regulations and traffic laws.
- Keeping accurate delivery and trip records.

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of CDL-A experience
- Clean MVR/PSP

- Stop Pay per extra stop: $25
- Layover and detention pay
- Home Time: Every 2 weeks nationwide. Weekly home time available on select routes
