OTR Dry van Company driver (W-2) Job in Carmel, IN by HMD Trucking
Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Partner with HMD Trucking from Carmel to haul dry van freight nationwide as a solo CDL-A driver. This long-haul opportunity delivers steady miles, dependable freight, and a team dedicated to driver success and equipment reliability.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Safely operate company dry van tractors on OTR routes and perform pre/post-trip inspections.
- Secure and deliver freight on schedule while maintaining precise trip records.
- Coordinate with dispatch and use in-house maintenance support when required.
What to expect: Late-model trucks (under three years) with APUs, inverters, and sleepers, strong pay at $0.65/mi with ~2,500 weekly miles and bonus programs. Home every two weeks and full benefits. CDL-A and minimum 12 months OTR experience required.
