Serve as an OTR solo Dry Van driver operating from Carmel to deliver nationwide freight for a driver-first carrier focused on safety, service and steady miles.

Key duties:

Safely operate company tractor-trailers across long-haul and regional routes.
Accurately record hours and trips with ELDs; manage paperwork and BOLs.
Perform routine pre/post-trip inspections and secure cargo properly.
Coordinate with dispatch to maintain on-time deliveries.

Fleet & benefits: Late-model trucks (under 3 years) equipped with APUs, inverters and sleepers. Pay starts at 65 CPM with typical weekly averages near 2,500 miles plus bonuses for safe driving, clean inspections and referrals. In-house maintenance, home every two weeks, and comprehensive benefits (health, dental, vision, PTO, 401(k)). CDL-A and at least 12 months verifiable experience required.
