Team OTR Dry van Company driver (W-2) Job in Cedar Rapids, IA by HMD Trucking
Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- CPM $0.77 Split
- +$0.05 CPM Safety & productivity bonus split
- Home time: 3 weeks out, 3 nights at home

Role Overview:
- Partner with another driver for efficient route execution
- Ensure safe, compliant transport of all cargo
- Utilize in-house service for peak equipment performance
