OTR Dry van Company driver (W-2) Job in Cherry Hill, NJ by HMD Trucking
Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Key responsibilities:
- Operate and inspect tractor-trailers and dry vans to DOT standards.
- Keep precise trip logs, conduct thorough inspections, and secure freight correctly.
- Work with dispatch to plan efficient routes and meet delivery windows.
Equipment & support: HMD provides late-model trucks (under 3 years) equipped with sleepers, APUs and inverters plus in-house maintenance. Compensation starts at 65 CPM with average miles and bonuses; home every two weeks. CDL-A and 12+ months experience required.
