Join Kay Agency as a Dry Van Company Driver, where we prioritize your experience and earnings. We are currently looking for skilled drivers who are ready to operate across all 48 states with reliable pay and routes.

What We Provide:

• Competitive pay of $0.67 cpm (W-2) to $0.70 cpm (1099)
• Average weekly earnings between $1500.00 and $1800.00
• Services include dry van and live load transport
• Weekly paychecks via direct deposit
• Work schedule: 3 weeks on, 1 week off
• Equipment includes 2023 and newer Cascadias, set to 70 MPH
• We cover the costs for flight and hotel for your initial road test and orientation
• Pet-friendly policy at no extra charge
• $30 weekly fee for passengers over 18 years of age
