Home Time: Typically, drivers are on the road for 1-2 weeks depending on the freight and location. While we strive for weekly home time, 2-week stretches might occur. Our running schedule is Monday through Saturday, with a full 34-hour reset each Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet is well-kept and consists of trucks no older than three years, including Peterbilt, International, and Freightliner models. All trucks come equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems. Drivers have the option to take their truck and trailer home, ensuring secured parking.

No Touch Freight: All dry van loads are 100% no-touch freight, primarily automotive, with 70% drop and hook operations to minimize dock waiting times.

Pay and Miles: Drivers can expect to earn an average of $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 weekly based on the hiring location, with weekly mileage between 2,500-2,800 miles. The base pay rate varies from .45, .50, or .55 CPM, along with a $750 performance bonus monthly ($0.09 CPM) for 8,000 safe miles monthly.

Running Area: Most of our routes are east of I-35, allowing dedicated drivers to achieve up to 3,000 miles per week. Consistent freight lanes guarantee reliable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance kicks in on the first of the month after 60 days. Additional benefits include vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program, with eligibility for dedicated accounts after 90 days.
