- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Teams earn 77¢ per mile split, average 5,000 miles weekly, plus bonuses for safety and referrals.
What You’ll Do:
- Execute coast-to-coast freight runs
- Maintain compliance with FMCSA regulations
- Collaborate with a co-driver to streamline routes
What We Provide:
- Modern tractors under three years old with APUs and sleepers
- In-house maintenance support
- Home time every third week
