Are you a CDL-A driver seeking an OTR role with competitive compensation and modern equipment? Home Time: Typically, you’ll be out for 1-2 weeks, depending on your location and freight. We aim for weekly home time, though some 2-week periods may occur. Your schedule runs Monday through Saturday, with a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: We maintain a fleet of trucks that are no older than three years, including Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. Each truck is equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems. Drivers can take their truck and trailer home, with secured parking responsibility.

No Touch Freight: All dry van loads feature 70% drop and hook operations, which significantly reduce dock waiting time. We operate with 100% no-touch freight, primarily consisting of automotive loads for efficient operations.

Pay and Miles: Average earnings range from $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 weekly, based on your hiring location, covering 2,500-2,800 miles. The base rate is .45, .50, or .55 CPM, plus a $750 monthly performance bonus ($0.09 CPM) for achieving 8,000 safe miles monthly.

Running Area: Our routes primarily cover areas east of I-35, with dedicated drivers potentially logging 3,000 miles weekly. Consistent freight lanes ensure reliable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance starts on the first of the month following 60 days. Additional benefits include vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. After 90 days, dedicated accounts may be available.
