Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Run nationwide lanes as an OTR solo CDL‑A dry van driver based near Columbia. HMD offers mileage starting at 0.65 CPM, average weekly miles around 2,500, plus bonuses for safe driving, clean inspections and referrals. Drivers operate modern, sub‑three‑year tractors with sleepers, APUs and inverters, backed by dependable in‑house maintenance and a dispatch team focused on driver success.
What you'll do:
- Safely operate dry van rigs and deliver freight on interstate routes.
- Perform pre‑trip inspections and maintain accurate logs and delivery records.
- Coordinate with dispatch to ensure timely deliveries.
Qualifications & perks:
- CDL‑A and at least 12 months verifiable experience required.
- Home every two weeks, comprehensive benefits, PTO and 401(k).
