Become a part of the Kay Agency as an experienced Dry Van Company Driver. We are seeking qualified drivers to join our team and run routes across all 48 states with reliable miles and pay.

What We Offer:

• Competitive pay of $0.67 cpm W2–$0.70 cpm 1099.
• Average weekly take-home pay between $1500.00 and $1800.00.
• Weekly paychecks via direct deposit.
• Modern equipment: 2023 & newer Cascadias, governed at 70 MPH.
• Flexible schedule: 3 weeks on the road followed by 1 week at home.
• No fees for pets; passengers over 18 years incur a $30 weekly charge.
• We cover flight and hotel arrangements for required road tests and orientation.
