OTR Dry van Company driver (W-2) Job in Conway, AR by HMD Trucking
Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Run long-haul dry van lanes out of Conway, AR as a solo OTR operator with HMD. The role emphasizes safe delivery, timely pickups, accurate logkeeping, and professional customer interactions across nationwide routes.
Core duties:
- Operate a CDL-A dry van tractor with sleeper; perform pre- and post-trip inspections.
- Use ELDs for hours-of-service, complete freight paperwork, and secure cargo properly.
- Work with our in-house maintenance team for repairs and preventative care.
Expectations & benefits: Applicants need a CDL-A and at least 12 months driving experience. Compensation begins at 65 CPM with averages near 2,500 miles weekly, plus bonuses, modern trucks, biweekly home time, and comprehensive benefits.
