Home Time: Typically, drivers are out for 1-2 weeks based on freight and location. While we strive for weekly home time, there are instances of 2-week periods. Our schedule runs Monday through Saturday, ensuring a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet is well-maintained, featuring vehicles no older than three years, including Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. All trucks come equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems, allowing drivers to take their truck and trailer home with secured parking.

No Touch Freight: All dry van loads feature 70% drop and hook operations, reducing dock wait times. We operate entirely with no-touch freight, primarily consisting of automotive loads for efficient handling.

Pay and Miles: Earn an average of $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 per week based on your hiring location, with weekly miles ranging from 2,500 to 2,800. Our base rate is .45, .50, or .55 CPM, plus a monthly performance bonus of $750 ($0.09 CPM) for achieving 8,000 safe miles monthly.

Running Area: Our routes primarily run east of I-35, with dedicated drivers having the potential to log up to 3,000 miles per week. Consistent freight lanes ensure reliable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance begins on the first of the month after 60 days of employment. We also provide vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. After 90 days, drivers can qualify for dedicated accounts.
