Dry Van Company Driver (W-2) - Crandon, WI
HMD Trucking is hiring seasoned OTR Team CDL A Dry Van Drivers to transport freight across the nation. We offer attractive mileage pay starting at 77 CPM Split, with weekly averages around 5,000 miles and bonuses for safe driving, clean inspections, and referrals.
What We Provide:
- New trucks less than 3 years old, featuring APUs, inverters, and sleeping areas.
- Reliable maintenance support from our in-house team.
- Home every three weeks.

If you hold a CDL A license and have at least 12 months of driving experience, join HMD for competitive pay and a team dedicated to your safety and success.
Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- CPM $0.77 Split
- +$0.05 CPM Safety & productivity bonus split
- Home time: 3 weeks out, 3 nights at home

- Empty Miles: Paid at the same CPM as loaded miles (company drivers only)
- Extra Stops: $50 per additional stop
- Detention Pay: $15 per hour after the first 2 hours
- Layover Pay: $100 for every 24 hours
- Orientation Pay: $150
