- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

What you'll do:
- Run OTR routes across the country, delivering freight on time while protecting cargo integrity.
- Abide by ELD and HOS requirements, maintain accurate records, and stay in contact with dispatch.
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and basic troubleshooting; report maintenance needs promptly.
Qualifications:
- CDL-A license plus a minimum of 12 months verifiable driving experience.
- Must pass DOT physical and drug screening; maintain a safe driving history.
HMD offers starting pay at 65 CPM, average weekly miles near 2,500, safety and referral bonuses, trucks under three years with APU/inverter/sleepers, solid in-house maintenance, biweekly home time, and comprehensive benefits.
