OTR Dry van Company driver (W-2) Job in Davenport, IA by HMD Trucking
Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Run OTR dry-van freight out of Davenport, IA with a national carrier focused on driver success. You’ll handle long-haul and regional lanes in late-model trucks (under 3 years) with sleepers, APUs and inverters, backed by reliable in-house maintenance. Average weekly mileage is about 2,500, with mileage pay starting at 65 CPM and additional bonuses for safety and clean inspections.
Responsibilities include:
- Deliver dry-van freight safely and on schedule.
- Keep inspections clean and documentation accurate.
- Coordinate with operations for efficient routing.
CDL-A and at least 12 months verifiable driving experience required. Home time every two weeks; benefits encompass health, dental, vision, PTO and a 401(k).
